Submit a Refund Request

Registration Rules

  1. You are required to pay the full amount before the specified starting date of your class.
  2. You may pay a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance becomes payable before the specified starting date of your course.
  3. If the complete course fees are not paid, a late registration fee of 100 L.E may be required before the second session.
  4. Students must take a placement test before starting the course to determine the correct level. If the student chooses not to take it, study will start from level 1.
  5. Study materials are part of the course and are included according to center availability and course format.
  6. Final exam and certificate fees are included in the course price. Postponing the exam requires an additional fee of 100 L.E.
  7. Printed certificate fees are not part of the course price and require an additional payment of 600 L.E.
  8. Students may postpone a paid course within the first two sessions only after informing the administration at least 3 days before the course start date. A 200 L.E postponement fee applies.

Refund Policies & Process

  1. All course fees can be refunded at least 7 days before the beginning of the course.
  2. 50% of the course fee will be deducted if the course is cancelled after the first session.
  3. No refund is possible after the second session.
  4. Registration fees and placement test fees are non-refundable.
  5. Non-attendance without a written postponement request gives the student no right to a refund or transfer to another course.
  6. Refund requests must be submitted by completing a refund application and providing the course receipt.
  7. Refunds take place after two working days from the refund application date. Refund days are Mondays and Thursdays.

Admission Policies

  1. Regular course teachers are assigned by the center administration.
  2. Course schedules are fixed, and students may not change them unless the course is private.
  3. Exchanging mobile numbers between students and center staff is not allowed. Communication should be through official channels only.

Non-completion / Non-attendance for Private Courses Only

  1. For private courses only: if an emergency prevents attendance, the student must notify EACC within 24 hours to request consideration for rescheduling course dates.

Certificates

  1. Certificates are available as soft copies only and are sent by email once the certificate request form is completed. This is free of charge.
  2. Certificate requests are available for 6 months from the end of the course.
  3. Printed certificates are available for an extra fee of 600 L.E.
  4. Printed certificates are available for 6 months from the certificate fee payment date.
  5. Certificates are received within 14 days from the certificate request date and payment of any required fee.
  6. For an end-of-level report, a 390 L.E request fee applies and an issuance application must be completed.
