Dr. Heba Hamza is an accomplished educational leader with more than 30 years of international experience in strategic leadership, academic management, and institutional development.

Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions across Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and the United Kingdom, leading organizations ranging from language centers and vocational training colleges to university academic operations.

Dr. Hamza holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and an MBA in Strategic Management, complemented by advanced studies in philosophy and human development. Her expertise spans strategic planning, educational management, curriculum development, digital transformation, organizational development, quality assurance, marketing, business development, and psychological wellbeing.

As CEO of Egyptian American Cultural Center, Dr. Hamza is leading the transformation of EACC into a comprehensive institution that integrates language education, psychological wellbeing, and future-ready skills. Her vision is to create a human-centered learning ecosystem that empowers individuals and organizations in Egypt, the GCC region, and worldwide.

Under her leadership, EACC is expanding into innovative areas including Mind Space by EACC, the Online Language Center, robotics, creative development, and advanced assessment services.
